This workshop helps bring meditation into our lives. Engaging the elements of grounding, alignment, and breath in new ways, we reconnect with the well-being that streams through our being. In only minutes, we rejuvenate in a way that makes us better able to meet the challenges of modern living. Alternating guided practice with participant-driven discussion, this event:
• establishes physical alignment 'from the inside-out',
• acknowledges the pull of gravity as a call to relax,
• replaces involuntary thinking with an open mind and body,
• connects us with our lives in a more settled way.
