mindfulness workshop: how to bake and eat our daily bread (in 2 parts: mon. aug. 30 & tues. aug 31)
Mindful eating means paying attention to the multiple aspects of eating, including tastes, smells, thoughts, and feelings. To help us along, we’ll bake sourdough bread, participate in guided meditation, engage in playful art making and nature walks, retreat into silent reflection, and delight in becoming fully alive.
Prices:
• Workshop only, or combined with a bed & breakfast retreat: $65 (per workshop day)
• Combined with a personal retreat, Day of Renewal, or sabbatical: $50 (per workshop day)
Meals: the meals directly following the workshop (lunch or dinner) is included in the workshop fee.
Dates: Mon. Aug. 30, 2-5, and Tues. Aug. 31, 9-noon.
