I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor; and have been working with youth and adults for the past 15 years. I have worked as a counsellor with non-profit agencies, government programs, and post-secondary schools. I currently own and operate WorkFlo Career Counselling, where I help individual clients reach their personal, educational, and career goals.
My passion is being an advocate for you, helping you to forge your own path, promoting self-confidence and healthy lifestyle choices along the way. My biggest frustration is seeing people stuck in jobs that don't match their personal values, interests, and skills. I believe that by bringing a sense of fun and energy to my work, we can help you move towards your own definition of success and well-being.
