Svaroopa style yoga is an incredibly gentle, reliably effective way to safely ease pain and stress, releasing deep tensions of the spine. Wonderful for those who would like to luxuriate in a slower, gentler yoga practice, and for those recovering from injury or illness. Svaroopa Yoga is for everyone from beginner to seasoned yogi.
Teacher (Kathleen Kovach): I have been practicing Yoga and the energetic arts for over 20 years and have experienced many styles of Yoga which have influenced my teaching. My interest in the energetic body and meditation has let me to explore Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Reiki, which complements my varied Yoga background. I feel yoga is beneficial for everyone, at every level and stage of life.
