laughter yoga - all levels
This will not involve any yoga poses. Just simple actions, childlike silliness and lots of laughter! We’ll also do some yoga breathing exercises and meditation.
Teacher (Nita Ng): I am a yoga teacher, batik artist and writer. I love sharing what I do with others through classes, workshops, retreats, as well as through her paintings and writings. I am originally from Malaysia but would travel anywhere where I am needed.
Here at Queenswood, I lead Body Prayer, Laughter Yoga, Aqua Exercises, Aqua Yoga and Asian Art classes using batik, Chinese brush painting and Chinese calligraphy.
