hatha yoga - all levels
Yoga provides an excellent place to explore our inner landscape and how we express that in our everyday world. I love teaching and guiding people to that wisdom. Learn the yoga asanas, breath and movement in a supportive environment, encouraging focus and flexibility. Suitable for all levels, this class allows each person to develop in their own unique way.
Teacher (Kathleen Kovach): I have been practicing Yoga and the energetic arts for over 20 years and have experienced many styles of Yoga which have influenced my teaching. My interest in the energetic body and meditation has let me to explore Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Reiki, which complements my varied Yoga background. I feel yoga is beneficial for everyone, at every level and stage of life.
